Welcome to Terra Insana II, eeling’s follow up to the aptly named Terra Insana (2020) & Organs Informationized, released in 2021 on the cult Berlin record label Detriti Records. This experimental techno from London-based interdisciplinary maker AKB (ex-Girls Pissing on Girls Pissing, Ave Teth, Shab Orkestra, Diana Tribute, Street Chant) is both precise & intoxicating, proffering reworks of the 2019 release that render it anew. First offering ‘Ever Ever’ skitters & hisses cyclically through melodic & percussive sequences that are both searing & meditative, like water over rock. Terra Insana II features re-mixes from friends of Freezing Works Grecco Romank & Ron Gallipoli.
